About Us

We as property owners, got tired of the trips to the court house with bad tenants, whom have caused us to loose a property to forclosure and has resulted us into incurring thousands of dollars in debt. We realized that although there are laws for the tenant, there was no justice for Landlords. Fed up with having several conversations with attorneys and other Landlords saying that there's nothing we can do. We created Idbadtenants.com to help every landlord in there fight in avoiding getting ripped off.

We understand your frustration with dealing with late rent, bad checks, additional residents, pets, noise and unsupervised minors. No matter how carefully owner-investors screen potential tenants, undesirable renters slip through the cracks, as well as the law. You know them well — they move into a new home before their credit report can be updated to warn you of their behavior.

Frustrated after having to evict several bad tenants, we decided to fight back by launching this website to protect property owners and investors. Using our database, you can report and identify bad tenants in just five minutes and avoid a problem before it becomes a problem. ID Bad Tenants provides a nationwide database at no cost to you because we want to make it easy to report bad renters. Help us blow the whistle on bad tenants

Blow the whistle on bad tenants!

You graciously rented to nice people who needed a place to live — people who turned out to be unscrupulous deadbeats who refused to pay rent and trashed your property. Now you can join the fight against bad tenants. Add their names and photos to our database to warn other landlords.

Identify bad tenants in just five minutes!

Before you rent to a potential tenant, enter the applicant’s name, Social Security number and birth date into our database. If your search yields a hit, you will have access to reports posted by other landlords, as well as any supporting documents such as contracts, judgments and unlawful detainers. Screen out bad tenants to protect your property and avoid losses. Identify them before they end up costing you, too.
